Enterprise Holdings Culture Video

The name Enterprise is very, very important
to us here at the company. My father Jack Taylor being the naval aviator,
ended up flying off the USS Enterprise in his F6F Hellcat. It was all about mission, teamwork, doing
the right things, and he brought those qualities that he learned in the navy forward to the
company. When he started understanding that automobile
leasing was a wave of the future, he wanted to be a part of it. It just gives me a good sense of pride knowing
that a company that was founded by a family here in St. Louis has grown to be so big. The transportation provider for the frequent
business traveler, for the person who got in a wreck, for the mom planning her vacation. The college student who needs a car for two
hours and on and on and on. We’re really the total transportation solution
for not only individuals, but for corporations here in North America and continuing to expand
across the globe. Having a global presence has given us the
ability to be where our customers needs are. You always first look after your employees
and your customers and profits will follow. We truly, truly mean it. Customer service is the most important thing. Do the right thing for the customer every
single day, for the long term growth of the company, and we will succeed and be better. It’s all about great teamwork, respect for
each other, the love of our customers, and having fun.
