Finding parking, that’s always a joy. Usually, parking in the main truck stops are filled up by five, six o’clock. Then you gotta resort to a rest area stop. Lot of times, anybody driving by rest areas late at night you will see the trucks. They are lined up like you wouldn’t believe. My input on someone who’s just starting? Try and finish your day early. If you cannot finish your day early then look for those little in-the-hole truck stops because those are the last ones to get filled up. As far as you know backing up and stuff like that you just gotta bear with the people out there that are in a hurry and make them wait so that you can do your job. And if you have to get out to back up to get in there without hitting anything then that’s what you have to do. Just be patient. Don’t get frustrated with yourself because you’ll learn it. In due time, you will get it. Everybody starts, and those people that have been out there for 30 years or so they’ll tell you, it takes time.
