Second Match – Kurayan’s Deck Explanation So this is Kurayan’s Dragonizing deck. What?? Oh I guess it’s full of dragons.. doragonizing. yeah. So what is this deck about again?
This is about Art Hero CHURENTENHOU. When they attack you, you can use your triggers
from your deck. Which one is it?
This one. “Churentenhou, Art Hero” – When opponents attack you you can use shield triggers from your hand for free. So when you have this you can activate shield triggers for free? Yeah for free. Oh! Then that means YOU CAN ACTIVATE YOUR SHIELD TRIGGER FOR FREE WHEN THEY ATTACK YOU! …Yeah. yeah. So, to put this card out here do you need
any preparations? No, not really. NO?? No because I have other strong cards. I see. Yea. So that’s it!? Ok so how do you use your deck? On the 2nd turn I use mana builder. “Faerie Life” “Pixie Life” And then the 3rd turn is 4 mana, so I use “Spellbook Charger” and “Faerie Shower” as mana builders. So that on your 4th turn you have 6 mana and you can use Churentenhou already if you have it in your hands. If not, simply continue to build your mana while drawing other ones. So the point is to get this one out there. Yup. Even if it’s not there, I have “Spellcyclica” (when used, you can summon a spell 7 or lower from your grave for free) so I can get cards from the grave. Wait, that means you can use the spell twice! It’s more like “recycling” So you can use the spell? And it comes back too? Yes. Wait, for FREE? Yes. No charge. Oh! and there’s this one too. “Dragment Answer”
(Return all your hand cards to the stack and draw 4.) After returning your cards, shuffling and drawing, if you happen get a 7 or lower non-evolved command dragon, you can put it out to the battle zone. So if you get ones like these you can use it. Yeah. These ones. With this. And you get 4 cards. Yeah. So if you only have 1 or 2 hand cards.. Yes. It’s even more profitable. And you’ve even got a chance to get these
guys. So this is very powerful. This… Dragonizing.. ah no no, “Dragment Answer” And these spells here are.. They’re all good triggers. This one “Siren Concerto” (take one card from your mana to your hand, then put one from hand to mana) Using this one you can collect a good card from your mana zone that you want back. Like the ones that you had put out at the beginning. “Spiral Hurricane” (Return one creature from the battle zone to hand)(Mana Arms 7 Water: Return all opponent creatures to their hand) And with this one, if you have 7 water cards in your mana zone you can force return all the opponents cards. I remember there was once another hurricane-type card.. Hydro hurricane. But this one’s much better. And here’s Faerie Shower (draw 2 from the
stack take 1 to hand, the other to mana zone), used for Mana building Who know’s what she’s showering.. And the rest is getting 2 cards back with
this Pythagoras (Mana Arm 5 Water: you may return a creature from the battle zone to hand) “Dragon Pulse Technique, Water Spirit Strategy”(Either return an opponent creature to the bottom of the stack OR draw 3 cards) or like getting 3 cards with this one Dragon Pulse What did you say? Pythagora’s… switch?
(A Japanese TV show) Hey, I’m trying to explain seriously here! DID YOU REALLY THINK I’D BE LISTENING SERIOUSLY!? Come on, just listen! My ONLY focus is how to make good jokes! And so this is? With this you can draw 3 cards or send one card to the bottom of the stack. So you can draw using the trigger. …and what about your joke? YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO DO IT SERIOUSLY! And there’s DNA Spark, and Mana Nexus (choose one from your mana zone to flip back and add to the shield) But I thought you can use shields from your hand? Oh I see from the MANA zone, right?
Yes. “This is a deck meant to fight while receiving attacks so shields become important” “There are many triggers that can be used
as shields if activated” So the key is Churentenhou, because you can summon the spell from the grave for free. It includes the cards that you used as shields too. You can use Pythagoras and Faerie Shower twice. Even after being used as shields. It counts as if you’re using it off of your
hand. *basic rule: the spell of broken shields go
to the hand and can be used from there. How STROONG! So, Churentenhou works for the ones in your hand but not from the grave. And your other options? To strengthen this deck, there are a few choices for the trigger. So changing triggers is all you do? Yes. To be honest, this is perfect trigger for
me. If I’d change anything, these are the ones. So what do these guys do? Let’s put “Terror Pit” aside because it’s well-known. “Draghurricane Energy” (Launcher Energy:
Dragon…you can tap as many creatures that are NOT evolved dragons and summon the same one) Basically, when you use this you can tap your creatures on your battle zone As long as they’re non-evolved dragons AND not tapped. And as its effect, you can get the same dragons off of your stack. One each. So let’s say that the battle zone is like
this.(with Churentenhou) and the opponent attacks. If you use the Draghurricane, you
tap those two and can put the same ones out. So there’s a possibility that you can get
them again with this…. whatever the name was. Yes. Like this. And on top of that, with the Spellcyclica
you can summon the Draghurricane from the grave and use it again so this is what happens. Phew! That’s something. Yea so if you want you can continue building number like that. And so like that you can be pretty sure you’re gonna win. Well IF you have them. Yeah. But this Spellcyclica doesn’t go to the grave. When its destroyed it goes to the bottom of the stack. So it can be used repeatedly. PLUS, there’s this one.
“Curse of Resurrection and Clash” ..kinda like “between calmness and passion” (A JAPANESE MOVIE that Kurayan is too young to know) ..what the heck? I don’t know what you’re saying. ANYWAY, this is also a shield trigger, and it can be used to fight one creature of yours and one of the opponent to battle one on one. but a more important feature is to summon a 6-or-less-creature that is not evolved from the grave. This guy here! Yes. When the opponent attacks you, and it goes to the grave, you can use “Curse of Resurrection and Clash” to summon it right back. This deck is no use if they go to grave, so this one can be used to help that a little. Oh, and it’s a rare case, but if you have
Chief De Baula in the grave, ”Chief De Baula, Machine King of Mystic Light”(you can take out a spell from the grave to your hand) you can summon that right out, and as its feature take the “Curse of Resurrection and Clash” back out and continue blocking forever. Not that it happens often. I see. So this one is pretty useful since you’ve
got more options. And the last one is “Terror Pit” that
is a Darkness feature. Could be handy. AND your deck title is…? Ahh.. what was it, “This is a trap by Zhuge Liang..!” You didn’t remember it, did you? Well I put the name Zhuge Liang because this deck delivers powerful counter attacks. And so it’s like, when they come attack you, they would be like “This must be a trap by Zhuge Liang..!!” It’s too late though. Yeah.. So that’s it guys, try out this deck, try
it your style, and enjoy playing! Bye~! By the way, do you actually know who Zhuge Liang is? Yeah sure, the guy who sets traps.. well…
um… oh wait, is this still shooting!? Yea its the end roll. Oh ok. I see..
