Hi there! How are you doing!? Recently everybody talk about one think only so I decided to make a relaxing video so we cook today! It is noon, so breakfast time for oversize truckers so today we are making an omlette with chickpeas flour and the left overs from the fridge so as you see I took the staff out and some I panhandled cause I usually don’t have any ham in my fridge and I will use it all to make an omlette 😉 what do we start with? we start with eggs I will make one big omlette which I am going to cut into halfs and it is going to be a fat one, with cheese I take 3 eggs, for once person I would take 2 actually, it depends what extras you will put in I have 3 different eggs as you see, cause I brought them from my parents and they have different types of hens, giving different eggs still warm we start with base which is very complicated trust me it is! cause all you need to do is to whisk the eggs add some chickpeas flour chickpeas flower is good especially if you work physically because it has very low glycemic index which means it gives the energy slowly and continously let’s start with two tablespoons so thanks to low glycemic index you stay full longer and it is gluten free, in case you have gluten intolerance OK, I see that 2 tablespoons is just perfect in case you never seen it before, it looks like that flour goes to its place now spice it up salt pepper maybe sth else… for example chilli seeds it won’t do any bad what about cummin? let’s put some italian herbs let’s make it more colorful OK, so mix it more that’s how it look right now it is not perfectly mixed but that’s OK I leave it like that to let the flour bugle that’s why we started with that part now it is time to cut the vegies and put it into the eggs mashrooms onion not too much I have a zucchini as well let say that much eggplant ham I don’t want to leave it on the sun I cut it so perfectly 😉 OK I think that’s enough of extras now time to mix it of course, you can add any extras you want and what’s the best about it is that the a typical recipe to cook by the end of the week, when you are running out of fresh ingredients it is enough that you have some eggs and some even wilted veggies or a bit dry ham what ever you have left you can put in let’s move to the second part which is frying the cloth on the fridge pan on the hot plate as I am a big fan of butter, I will fry my omlette on butter well, I can’t say that level is perfect now the butter goes on the pan one more stir OK, cover it on a slow fire cause we have a lot of ingredients that needs to cook and mashrooms that’s how big the flame is meanwhile let’s put it there it means it needs washing you know what I am going to do now? I will prepare the cheese, which will go on the top when I roll it over I hope I don’t make you wanting to eat sth :p and some more extras cause omlette it self could be insipid that’s why I am taking my self made sour cucumbers did you have a chance to try my recipe by the way?i if now, try it this year! just look at it now, we have the end of March how crunchy they are can you hear it? do you remember, that it is thanks to the horse radish leave? so we have cucumbers and home made pickled peppers do remember me making that? acctually I am not sure if I finally published that video… maybe uploaded it but never made subtitles? so pickled pepper and some ketchup but let it fry now but got to tell you that it was great idea to put some italian herbs! it smells like pizza now! it didn’t fall down on the flow peppers good would you like to have a knife? let’s try to roll it over I don’t know if I can make it but I need to try I will change the handle first got to tell you this is a nice pan, but those handles get so hot and it is quite easy to unlock it by chance for example during washing so when you use it on the road, you need to pay a lot of attention it fell down already once out side cause handle unlocked in hand maybe I will make it like that? nope, let’s try to make it like that one, two, three done! just look at that soft and fluffy OK cheese time! I heard that I shouldn’t be shy with cheese the cheese is fat and we have so many veggies with vit. C and vit. C needs fat to be absorbed by body and that’s my official excuse 😉 wait I think it is ready just perfect that’s how it looks like let’s take it out of the pan on one palate let’s cut it into half where is half? cucumers peppers onions OK, let’s use everything what do you say? I need to take it form the sun OK, let’s put it somewhere time to enjoy! that palate is cleaner that’s how it look now! maybe in the sun? that’s how thick it is with 3 eggs I think for one person 2 eggs is max and 1 little tablespoon of chickpeas flour and any extras you want ketchup probably you won’t cook it, but it is nice to watch anyway that’s what I usually do but let me taste it even if it was awful I would probably say it is go good 😉 but this time it really is nice so I encourage you to try it or to cook sth else 😉 thank you for watching and see you next time!
