top producers hi I’m Tim Kintz resident applicants group and we are the new
pulse of training in the automotive industry important question for you are
you ready to become a top producer and sales I’m guessing most you guys said
yes and if you’re ready to become that top producer the nurse for things I want
you to focus on every single day at number one all starts with your attitude taken that
checkup from the neck up for you take that first up every day making sure your
head is right or not as much in the car businesses were in the attitude business
so number one make sure you have the right attitude every day when you walk
through the door number two is effort put the effort in if you’re gonna be at
work for 10 hours to get ten hours worth the work out of a 10 hour days put the
effort it makes your follow-up calls to make your prospecting contacts go back
to service to talk to service customers when there’s not a lot be the first one out there taking that
up on the lot put the effort in it you gotta be there anyway so make sure you
put the effort in number three is energy hey where’s your energy come from yeah I know you may come from an energy
drink but your energies gonna come from have the right attitude and put the
effort in the its its all that effort all the right attitude create energy
have energy get up and move around beyond the lot best place catching up is
when you’re out on the lot during between doing follow calls prospecting
contacts didn’t make sure you’re moving around always have energy winner at the
dealership and number four is enthusiasm and enthusiasm you know I always hear
definition of of of selling is a transfer all of enthusiasm it’s when you
transfer your enthusiasm to the customer but where’s where’s enthusiasm come from well your duty as its gonna come from
making sure you have a really good skills when you have really good someone
steals your gonna be enthusiastic when you’re enthusiastic customers
enthusiastic and when their enthusiastic about the car that’s when you’re going
to close more deals so focused on those four areas make sure your attitude right
put the effort in every day when you come to work make sure you have energy and you’re moving around
throughout the day and make sure you have to do is yes and because it’s
contagious not promise when you focus on those four things you will become a top
producer in sales
